No ad cookies and no selling of data. We use Microsoft Clarity (anonymous heatmaps and session recordings) only after you accept — see section 02. Below is exactly what we collect, why, and what rights you have under GDPR.

What you actively give us — contact form (name, e-mail, phone, message), e-mails you send, public Instagram interactions. With your cookie consent: Microsoft Clarity anonymously records how you interact with the site (clicks, scroll, mouse paths, page views) to help us improve UX. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising trackers.
Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to reply to your enquiry. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — business correspondence records. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — only for future newsletter, asked separately.
Form messages and e-mails: up to 3 years from last contact, then deleted. If a contractual relationship begins, accounting and tax records are kept for the period required by Czech and Indonesian law (typically 10 years).
Hosting (Vercel Inc., USA; GDPR via SCC), e-mail (Active 24, CZ, forwarded to Google Workspace), and authorities only when legally required. Never with marketing partners, data brokers, or advertisers.
Access, correct, delete, object, portability, withdraw consent. Complaint to ÚOOÚ (uoou.gov.cz). To exercise any right e-mail info@staydevelopment.eu — we respond within 30 days.
Strictly-necessary: stay_lang remembers your language. Analytics (only after consent): Microsoft Clarity sets _clck and _clsk to recognize returning visitors and reconstruct anonymous session recordings. You can withdraw consent any time by clearing site data. Behold.so Instagram widget on home may set its own — see their privacy policy.
