One room, one pitched ceiling, and a black-and-teak palette that keeps it calm rather than cramped. Micro-cement walls, solid teak joinery, a stone basin, and indirect lighting tucked into every ledge — the same finish level we put into the larger villas, applied to a footprint you can cross in five steps.
The sauna is what makes it. A private cedar cabin with its own bench, heater and bucket, lit from below and set behind glass — unusual in a studio at this scale, and the reason most guests pick it. The ensuite behind the teak door carries a rainfall shower; the kitchen runs the length of one wall with a gas hob, oven, full glassware and everything you need to actually cook.
Padang Linjong 34 is the quiet end of Canggu's most central street — Echo Beach is a 15-minute walk, cafés and restaurants are closer still, and parking is free inside the gate. KAYA 1 is built, furnished and managed by STAY, and is live on Airbnb year-round.
